Beautiful eyes always become a cause of attraction. If your overall makeup is dark and your eye makeup is dull you are not going to win hearts but if you are wearing a perfect eye makeup and the rest of your makeup is not that bright you will still look the best. So it’s crucial to apply the eye makeup with due importance. Here are some step by step tips to enhance the beauty of your eyes.
Apply a layer of concealer
Dab your finger or use a brush to apply concealer on your eyelids and lower part of your eye to cover any dark spots or dark circles around the eyes. Use a shade lighter than your skin tone. Pat it with your finger to merge it with your skin. Start with inner part.
Apply Eye Shadow primer
This is optional. If you have oily or greasy skin over your eye lids, applying eye shadow primer is a good idea. It can keep your eye shadow in place for hours.
Apply eye shadow
Apply eye shadow in three steps. Put light colour on the brow area, and then apply medium colour on the lid of your eye and dark colour on the crease. Now mix them well with your finger or good quality fluffy brush to give a smooth look.
A stroke of eye liner
As you have completed with the eye shadow, now apply eye liner. You can choose liquid waterproof eyeliner for firm stroke. Start from the inner part of your eyelid and go outwards. If you think you have left some space in between, repeat the process again. You can apply it under the lower lash also to add some drama.
Curl your eye lashes
For beautiful shape, curl your eye lashes with eyelash curler. Hold your eye lashes in the clam for around five seconds. Try to do it keeping your eyes half open, it will give better chance to hold the eyelashes, as mentioned on women’s health blog.
After curling your eyelashes, apply mascara. Start from the base of your upper eye lashes sweep the mascara brush upward. For lower lashes, do the procedure again. If you want to apply more than one coat of mascara then do it while it’s wet. You can choose any type of mascara like if you want volume, you can go for the one which is specifically made to give volume to your lashes.
